Overview
The Subscribe section lets visitors sign up for your email newsletter directly from your website. It's a great way to keep your audience informed about new artwork, exhibitions, and updates.
This is a Pro feature. If you're on a Basic account, upgrade to Pro to access the Subscribe section.
Section Variants
The Subscribe section comes in two variants:
- Prominent: a larger section with space for a heading, description, and sign-up form. Ideal for dedicated landing pages or as a featured call-to-action.
- Minimal: a compact sign-up form with a heading and button. Works well as a subtle addition to any page without dominating the layout.
Adding a Subscribe Section
- Open your website in the live editor
- Navigate to the page where you want to add the section
- Click Add Section at the position where you want it
- Select Subscribe from the section list
- Choose your preferred variant: Prominent or Minimal
Customising Your Subscribe Section
Once added, you can customise several elements:
- Heading: the main text above the sign-up form (e.g., "Stay in the Loop")
- Description: additional context shown in the Prominent variant (e.g., "Get updates on new artwork and upcoming shows")
- Button text: the label on the sign-up button (e.g., "Subscribe" or "Sign Me Up")
To edit these fields, click the Subscribe section in the live editor and update the content in the settings panel.
Where Subscriber Data Goes
Email addresses collected through the Subscribe section are stored in your website settings. You can view and export your subscriber list from Settings in your dashboard.
ArtSites does not send emails on your behalf. You can export the list to use with your preferred email service.
