Overview
As a group website administrator, you manage membership, control how artwork submissions work, and curate what appears on your website. This article covers the key settings available to you.
Managing Members
Inviting Members
- Open your group website settings
- Go to the Members section
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the artist's email address and send the invitation
The artist receives a notification and can accept or decline. You can withdraw a pending invitation at any time before the artist responds.
Removing Members
- Open the Members section in your group website settings
- Find the member you want to remove
- Click Remove Member and confirm
When you remove a member, their submitted artwork is removed from the group website. Their artwork and profile remain in their own account.
Setting Submission Limits
You can control how many works each member is allowed to submit:
- Open your group website settings
- Go to Submissions
- Set the maximum submissions per member
This helps manage the volume of artwork on your website. Members see their current count and the limit you have set.
Configuring Auto-Select
By default, submitted artwork requires your review before it appears on the group website. You can enable auto-select to streamline the process:
- Auto-select off -- you manually review and approve each submission before it appears
- Auto-select on -- submitted artwork appears on the group website automatically
Toggle this setting in the Submissions section of your group website settings. You can still remove individual works from the website even with auto-select enabled.
Curating Artwork
As administrator, you decide what artwork is featured on the group website:
- Review pending submissions and select works to display
- Remove previously selected works from the website
- Reorder artwork within collections to control presentation
Design and Branding
Group website design and branding work the same as on a Pro website. You have access to the full range of starter designs, colour options, and layout choices, all edited in the Studio. Your design choices apply to the entire group website -- members do not control the website's visual appearance.
