You signed up for ArtSites. Here is how to get your portfolio set up in five minutes. Focus on the essentials first and refine later.
Step by Step
Upload 3-5 of your strongest artworks: Go to Artwork and click Add Artwork. Upload images, add titles, and save. Start with your best work rather than trying to upload everything.
Create a collection: Go to Collections and create one called something like "Recent Work" or "Selected Artworks." Add your uploaded artwork to it.
Choose a design: Go to Designs and start from a starter that fits your style. You can change it at any time.
Preview your website: Click the preview button to see your website as visitors will experience it. Check that your artwork looks good and the design fits your style.
Add your contact info: Go to Settings and add your email and any social media links. This lets visitors and potential collectors reach you.
What to Do Next
Once you have the basics in place, consider:
- Writing descriptions for each artwork
- Adding an About page with your artist statement
- Uploading more artwork and organising into additional collections
- Fine-tuning your design colours and fonts
