Overview
Group websites are priced based on the number of artists your group supports. The Standard plan covers most groups, and if you grow beyond that we will work out pricing with you directly.

What Counts Towards the Limit
Your artist limit is based on the number of active artist profiles on your group website. Here is what counts and what does not:
Counts towards the limit:
- Active artist profiles with accepted invitations
- Artist profiles you created manually
Does not count:
- Deactivated artist profiles
- Pending invitations (the artist has not accepted yet)
- Declined invitations
- Admin user accounts (admins are separate from artist profiles)
Deactivated Artists
When you deactivate an artist, their profile and artwork are hidden from the public website, and they no longer count towards your artist limit. This is useful when:
- An artist takes a temporary break
- You want to free up a slot without permanently removing a member
- A member's participation is paused for any reason
You can reactivate them at any time, as long as doing so does not exceed your limit.
Checking Your Current Usage
To see how many artist slots you are using:
- Go to Settings then Billing.
- Your current plan and usage are displayed at the top (e.g., "8 of 10 artists").
